01. The Order & Pickup
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated.
Delivery time of my order is longer than expected. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within three to five working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. You can also view through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
Where can i collect my order from?
Orders can only be collected from a pickup location if this option has been selected when placing the order. Pickup locations include:
02. Shipment
Deliveries are generally made once a week dependent on your location.
Brisbane Metro – Wednesdays
Gold Coast Metro – Thursdays
Regional Areas – TBA
What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
If you have a registered Kegs R Us account, you can request an unattended delivery if no one is home. However, our delivery drivers may leave a card instead of your order, even with this request.
Our delivery drivers will not leave your order unattended if:
- There are no clear delivery instructions for leaving it in a safe place.
- Someone is home but cannot provide proof of age.
- The driver suspects minors are present.
- The advised location is deemed unsafe.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. You can also view through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
03. The Keg
How much beer does a keg hold?
Our 49.5L keg provides approximately 115 schooners or 175 pots of beer, while our 19L keg yields 45 schooners or 67 pots. That’s plenty to share with your friends!
What temperature should I keep the keg at?
The ideal temperature is 1-2°C. If it rises above this, your beer may become foamier as warmer temperatures release CO2. Keeping it too cold may dull the flavor and aroma, while temperatures below -2°C can lead to freezing.
What type of keg coupler does the keg require?
Most Australian kegs require either a D-type coupler for the CUB portfolio or an A-type coupler for the Lion portfolio. Independent breweries typically use an A-type coupler as well.
What keg brands do you offer?
Kegs R Us offers an extensive range of beer, cider, wine, and spritz kegs delivered to your door. Choose your favorite draught beverages, and we’ll handle the rest.
04. Returns & Refunds

Kegs R Us return conditions include, but are not limited to the following:
- The product must be returned in a new, re-saleable condition and must not be used or abused;

Do you provide refunds?

Please note, if you persist and use a perishable or item after the defect becomes apparent, you waive your rights under these terms and conditions and accept the items as they are. We cannot return for either refund or replacement of such items, including but not limited to hardware and consumables, such as kegs.
